RABARI BLAZER

The quiet geometry of Rabari embroidery comes from the nomadic Rabari community of Kutch. Traditionally worked by hand onto garments and dowry textiles, the stitches are direct and purposeful, small crosses and running lines that create subtle grids across the cloth. There’s nothing overly ornamental about it; the beauty lies in the restraint and the quiet rhythm of the hand. Over time, this simple Rabari stitch has become a recurring gesture within Kartik Research: less decoration and ornamentation, more a subtle signature: appearing across shirts and garments as a small but deliberate trace of the craft traditions that continue to shape the brand’s language.
