What platform does Kartik Research use for its online store?
Our website is hosted on Shopify, which provides our e-commerce platform and secure payment processing. By using our site, you also agree to Shopify’s applicable terms and policies.
What is your return policy?
Return Policy is Seven Days Store Credit for In Store Purchases and Online Purchases are seven days from delivery date for store credit exchange.
If duties are charged on the product, the customer is supposed to pay the duties. This applies for returns as well. Returns on goods to be sent DDP.
US and India Deliveries face no duties.
If goods purchased from the website are defective. Please reach out to divyanshu@kartikresearch.com with the problem and then a replacement/return/refund/partial refund may be processed at the discretion of the Kartik Research customer service teams.
Goods bought on sale are final sale unless defective. In which case, they may be exchanged for store credit within seven days.
How Long Does It Take to Ship?
US Deliveries between 3-5 working days. India Deliveries 3 working days. International Orders 5-8 working days.
