The oil pull buffalo leather we landed on for the Woven Tote took a lot of time and effort to find. I wanted something slouchy yet structured. Press it with your thumb and the oils shift, the colour lightens temporarily. Over time, those oils move based on how you use it: where your hands grip, it darkens. Where it catches light, a burnish develops. The scuffs don’t damage it. They become part of it.
